Getting Started

Why is it that its always so freaking hard to get up and do something different? Be that Working out, cooking healthier food, or even cleaning the house. Well I've decided to try and better myself a little bit and i think that This whole blog/journal thing is probably a good thing to help me with it.

So I suppose I'll get started with some stats i want to remember.
I went to the gym today and here is the summary:
Ran 1.8M in 24min
4 sets of Incline press at 65lbs
4 sets of Rows @ 100lbs
4 sets of curls at 40lbs(combined, and this was probably to much couldn't finish the last to sets)

Other things is me and Christine are going to start this Hundred days of games soon, which i am really looking forward to. But I've been trying to figure out a list of games we could play. I don't think we'll have much trouble when we are home together but when she is on business trips It gets a little more difficult, there is always WoW but.... so yeah I'm thinking Diablo 2 is the best bet on that one.

Oh and we bought some protein powder today so I can start having a protein Shake for breakfast, waaay stoked.

Anyways i think I'm done for now.
